About Jeanette Soloma Hale


Jeanette Soloma Hale is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Jeanette understands what it's like to be uncomfortable in your own skin and unable to fit into your clothes that haunt you in your closet. At over 200# (very snug size 16), Jeanette makes a choice daily to stay focused on long term health and living a healthy lifestyle. Prior to the Twin Cities, Jeanette has helped many young and old… healthy and those struggling from stoke rehab and Parkinson’s… celebrities and models… and many in between. In 2000, after consistently helping others in the gym, Jeanette was certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer by the American Council on Exercise and helped create healthier bodies in Chicago until she relocated to Los Angeles in 2002. Working at CRUNCH Fitness LA, Jeanette continued to add to her training tools with BOSU, Myofascial release, PNF Stretching certifications and more.  She became CRUNCH's PT Assistant Training Manager in 2004. Due to a severe injury in 2004, and being taken off work for 7 months; Jeanette learned how to nurture and help clients with movement efficiency by studying with Dr. Eric Cobb and became R-Phase and I-Phase certified with Z-Health. By helping clients get out of pain and move more efficiently, Jeanette continued supporting her clients in Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The end of 2004, she joined the Group Fitness Team at CRUNCH by teaching a Treadmill Class with a Weighted Walk Vest and Hand Weights. Over the years Jeanette has also been able to coach and encourage others with workouts in FITNESS MagazineSELF Magazine, Weight Watchers Magazine, Women's Health Magazine, and other on-line features, such a Good Housekeeping.
